Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us.

By accessing our website or making a booking with Goforth Elevate Tourism, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all tour packages, hotel stays, transportation services, and any other travel products offered by us. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Until confirmation is issued, availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel date unless otherwise agreed
  • The lead traveller making the booking must be at least 18 years of age
  • All traveller names and details provided must be accurate and match government-issued ID
  • Any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, medical) must be communicated at the time of booking

Goforth Elevate Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

  • Advance: 30–50% of the total package cost at the time of booking confirmation
  • Balance: Remaining amount to be paid at least 7 days before the departure date
  • Last-minute bookings: Full payment required at the time of booking

We accept payments via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. International credit card charges may attract additional bank fees that are the responsibility of the traveller.

Note: Package prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in hotel tariffs, fuel surcharges, or government taxes. The confirmed price in your booking letter will always be honoured.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp message) by the lead traveller. The following charges apply:

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method. Certain peak-season bookings (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, long weekends) may be subject to stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Requirements

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they carry valid identification and any required permits for restricted areas (e.g., Inner Line Permit for Leh-Ladakh). Goforth Elevate Tourism will assist in providing permit guidance but is not liable for denial of entry due to missing documents.

  • Indian nationals must carry a valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport
  • International travellers must carry a valid passport and applicable visa
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips, especially high-altitude destinations
  • Passengers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking adventure or high-altitude tours

Liability & Force Majeure

Goforth Elevate Tourism acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services provided by independent suppliers including hotels, transport operators, and local guides. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by acts of these independent parties.

We are not liable for cancellations, curtailments, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, landslides, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government travel advisories. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives or reschedule your trip.

Traveller Responsibilities

As a traveller, you agree to:

  • Behave respectfully towards local communities, heritage sites, and wildlife
  • Follow all instructions from your tour leader or local guide for safety
  • Adhere to the itinerary timings; delays caused by individual travellers that affect the group may result in missed inclusions without refund
  • Not engage in any activity that is illegal under Indian law during the tour
  • Carry personal medications and inform the tour leader of any health conditions

Goforth Elevate Tourism reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour at their own expense if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe to others.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, photographs, itineraries, logos, and graphics — is the property of Goforth Elevate Tourism and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

By submitting photographs, reviews, or testimonials to us, you grant Goforth Elevate Tourism a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, Punjab.
